We create the drawing sets required for building application. We pride ourselves on delivering drawing sets that streamline the application process, and that the building contractor loves. 

We prepare and lodge the required documentation, and liaise closely with the authorities to maximise a timely approvals process.

This may include; building application, resource consent, deemed permitted boundary activity, build over council assets, and lifemark accredited homes.

We assist clients with retrospective CoA (Certificate of Acceptance).
